Our Experience

We offer a full range of professional design services:

• helping bring together initial ideas
• undertaking feasibility studies and concept sketches
• preparing designs for submission for planning consent, and
• producing detailed designs suitable for pricing and construction on site.

Designing predominantly in the residential sector, we specialise in extensions and alterations to existing homes, garages and loft conversions, work within Conservation Areas, as well as planning for new build homes. We also have experience in retail and commercial projects.

Working from home, we keep our overheads low, so we can pass on competitive rates for our services, even on very small jobs, without compromising on professional quality. We are also able to offer consultations and site visits outside of the usual 9am-5pm working day.

We welcome new enquiries and offer an initial consultation free of charge. There is no obligation to embark on your building project until you feel comfortable about what the design and construction process entails.
